ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Typical order processing time is 1-3 business days during normal operations. However, a release means that we receive a large amount of orders in a very short amount of time. During a release, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to ship. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are FINAL. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact the USPS and Gaia Natural Soaps immediately. We will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.

For PICKUP/ MEET UP CUSTOMERS. You will get confirmation email from us. We will set up time and place beforehand. You have to bring your ID and order confirmation #.

ALLERGY WARNING:  It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients/possible allergens in our facility. We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient.  It is always possible that ingredients and finished products have come in contact. Please contact us if you have more questions.

GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:

It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Gaia Natural Soaps, LLC is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
